Bring your own mailbox
Connect Gmail, Zoho Mail, Outlook or Microsoft 365, Yahoo, or any other IMAP/SMTP/POP3 mailbox with presets for the common providers and a plain custom option for everything else. Your address and provider never change; Tallium AI Mail is a client on top of the mailbox you already have, not a replacement for it. Connect as many mailboxes as you need and read them separately or together in one unified view.
AI Overview
A daily digest replaces the scroll through everything that landed overnight: discrete, scannable cards instead of one long paragraph, with urgent items called out and the rest grouped so you know what to open first.
Talk & Do
Type or speak an instruction, in plain language, to search, send, organize or summarize mail: "find the invoice from Stripe last month", "archive everything from this newsletter", "draft a reply saying I'll get back to them Monday." No menus to learn, no folder to remember.
Search that reaches the whole mailbox
Search matches the full message body, not just the subject and sender, across every folder including Spam, Promotions and Trash, not only the one you happen to have open. A word doesn't have to be spelled correctly either: when the exact search finds nothing, a typo-tolerant fallback tries again automatically and says so.
AI compose, reply and writing style
Draft a new message or a reply from a one-line instruction. Once Mail has sampled an account's own Sent history, drafts and AI replies are written to sound like that account, not like a generic assistant.
Full rich-text formatting, inline images, attachments up to a sane size limit, scheduled and recurring send, read receipts, priority, reusable templates, and autosaving drafts that pick up exactly where they were left.
Automation that runs itself
Promotional mail sorts itself into its own folder automatically. A Reply Required folder catches messages that are waiting on you. An optional vacation responder covers you while you're out. Mail rules handle anything else you want done automatically, every time it happens, not just once.
Snooze and Follow-ups
Snooze a message until it's actually relevant instead of leaving it to nag from an unread badge. A Follow-ups folder separately tracks every thread where you're still waiting on a reply, or where you still owe one.
A Subscriptions view lists every mailing list you're actually on with one-click unsubscribe, and a Files view collects every attachment across the mailbox in one searchable library.
Share a connected mailbox with a teammate as read-only, send-only, or both, so a shared support or sales inbox can be worked by more than one person without sharing a password.
