About Tallium AI
Tallium AI is a cloud business platform by Tallium Technologies FZ-LLC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Its promise is simple: One Simple App to Run Your Whole Business. One account gives a business three apps, Tallium AI Accounting to run the business, covering invoicing, accounting, VAT and corporate tax, point of sale, inventory and orders, Tallium AI Marketing to grow it, covering social, ads, analytics, SEO and AI content, and Tallium AI CRM to work the sales pipeline.
Tallium AI is multi-tenant. Every customer organisation has its own workspace, and data is never shared between workspaces. The Google Calendar integration described on this page is optional, is enabled per workspace by an administrator, and Tallium AI works fully without it.
What the integration does
The integration exists so that a meeting booked inside Tallium AI becomes a real calendar event with a real video link, on the company's own Google Account.
Creates the calendar event
When a meeting, demo or appointment is booked in Tallium AI, Tallium AI creates the matching event on the connected company Google Calendar, with the right title, description, date and time.
Generates the Google Meet link
Tallium AI asks Google to attach a Meet conference to that event, so the organiser and every attendee get a working video link without anyone copying it across by hand.
Invites the attendees
The attendees selected in Tallium AI are added to the event, so Google sends them the invitation and the reminders they expect, and the invite list stays in step with Tallium AI.
Keeps both sides in sync
Reschedule or cancel in Tallium AI and the Google event is updated or removed. Tallium AI reads back the events it created, and busy times on the calendar, so a slot is never double booked.
The Google scope Tallium AI requests, and why
Tallium AI requests one Google OAuth scope, and no others. It does not request Gmail, Drive, Contacts or any other Google API.
Requested scope
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.eventsView and edit events on all your calendars. Tallium AI uses it to create, update and cancel the calendar events for meetings booked in Tallium AI, to attach a Google Meet link to those events, and to add the attendees chosen in Tallium AI.
Why a narrower scope is not enough
- A Google Meet conference link can only be created as part of writing a calendar event, so a read-only scope cannot deliver the core feature.
- The free/busy scope returns availability only. It cannot create the event, attach the Meet link, or invite the attendees entered in Tallium AI.
- Rescheduling and cancelling in Tallium AI has to update or remove the same event on Google, which requires write access to events.
- Tallium AI needs to read back the events it created, and busy times, so the meeting status shown in Tallium AI is correct and a slot is not double booked.
What Tallium AI does not do with it
- It does not copy, index or store the contents of unrelated events on the connected calendar.
- It does not use Google user data for advertising, and does not sell it.
- It does not use Google user data to develop, improve or train generalised or standalone AI or machine learning models.
- It does not share Google user data between Tallium AI workspaces or with any third party, except as set out in the privacy policy.
How a business connects it
Open Settings, then Integrations
An administrator of the Tallium AI workspace opens Settings, then Integrations, and selects Google Calendar.
Connect the company Google Account
Selecting Connect opens the standard Google sign-in and consent screen, where Google shows exactly what Tallium AI is asking for. Nothing is accessed before consent is given.
Book meetings as usual
From then on, every meeting booked in Tallium AI creates a calendar event with a Google Meet link on the connected account, and invites the attendees.
Disconnect whenever you want
Selecting Disconnect in Tallium AI revokes and deletes the stored tokens. You can also remove access from your Google Account permissions page.
How Tallium AI handles Google user data
- Tallium AI stores the OAuth tokens for the connected account encrypted, plus the Google event identifier, the Meet link and the meeting details for each event it created.
- Access tokens are held only while the connection is active. Disconnecting revokes and deletes them immediately.
- Stored Google event identifiers and Meet links are deleted within 30 days of disconnecting or of the workspace being closed, and purged from encrypted backups within 90 days.
- Events already on your Google Calendar belong to your Google Account, and stay there until you delete them.

How to revoke access
From inside Tallium AI
Settings, then Integrations, then Google Calendar, then Disconnect. The stored tokens are revoked and deleted straight away.
From your Google Account
Go to myaccount.google.com/permissions, select Tallium AI, then Remove access.
