This Privacy Policy explains how Tallium Technologies FZ-LLC (“Tallium”, “we”) collects, uses and protects personal data when you use our website and platform. We are committed to handling your data lawfully and transparently, in line with applicable UAE data-protection law.

1. Data we collect

  • Account data: name, business name, email, phone and login credentials.
  • Business data you enter: invoices, transactions, products, customers and similar records you choose to store in Tallium.
  • Usage data: device, browser, IP address and how you interact with the product, collected to keep the service secure and improve it.

2. How we use your data

  • To provide, secure and improve the Tallium platform and support you.
  • To process billing and manage your subscription.
  • To send service communications and, where you have opted in, product updates. You can opt out of marketing at any time.

3. Your business data is yours

  • We act as a processor of the business data you store in Tallium and use it only to provide the service to you. We do not sell your data.
  • You can export your data at any time and request deletion in line with the Terms of Service.

4. Sharing & sub-processors

  • We share data only with vetted sub-processors (e.g. hosting, payment and email providers) under contract, and where required by law.
  • A current list of sub-processors is available on request.

5. Security & retention

  • Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Access is restricted and logged.
  • We retain account and business data for the life of your account and for a limited period afterward as described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Your rights

  • You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to certain processing.
