How many users and locations can I have?

Each business unit you add is a location — a shop, online store, warehouse or factory — and you can add as many as you need, mix-and-matched. Your team get their own logins with role-based access per location, so everyone sees just what they should. Add or remove units anytime as you grow.

Does the POS work offline?

Yes. The POS keeps selling even if your internet drops, and every sale syncs automatically the moment you're back online — posting to your accounts, stock and VAT. You can run more than one register in a shop.

Sign up, then answer a couple of questions — your industry and how many shops or online stores you run. Tallium AI tailors itself to show only the modules you need, in a simple mode for non-accountants. Most businesses are productive on day one; Business and Enterprise include guided onboarding.

How does billing work, and can I cancel anytime?

You subscribe when you sign up and are billed monthly in USD — there are no contracts, and you can cancel anytime. If you cancel, your data is preserved for 30 days (and you can export it whenever you like) before deletion.

All pricing is in USD and billed monthly. You pay per business unit: a physical shop is $79, an online store $159, a warehouse $99 and a factory $269 — each, per month. Mix and match as many of each as you need. Every unit includes the full platform, and there are no hidden fees.
